A new Public Primary School is coming to East Perth!

With the preferred location of Queens Gardens car park on Plain Street, opposite the WACA Grounds, this proposed new City Primary School will be within walking distance of Garden Towers.

CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY AT NEW ECU CITY CAMPUS!

ECU City will be a 60,000 square metre university campus spanning 11 super-levels over more than 8,000 square metres of Perth City Link land in Perth’s CBD.  This world-class, urban campus will reimagine and reconnect Perth’s beating heart, while creating a dynamic fusion of creativity, culture, business and technology.

ECU City is set to energise Perth’s CBD, attracting around 10,000 students and staff when it opens.

Construction works are currently underway and completion is expected to be in late 2025.

CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY ON THE NEW PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE!

To completely separate path users from traffic, two bridges will be built alongside the Causeway, providing a 6-metre-wide shared path connecting the Victoria Park foreshore with Heirisson Island and Perth’s CBD at Point Fraser.

The new bridges will offer alternative transport options with greater connectivity, as well as further enhancing the natural environment and public amenity.

With construction already underway, completion is estimated for late 2024.
